Products and pricing

Each product is described, with images, features, and price, on its own page. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices and availability without notice, without affecting already-confirmed orders.

Ordering and payment

Payment is processed through Shopify, acting as payment processor on our behalf. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, or suspected fraud, and will notify you as soon as possible if we do.

Shipping

Available shipping zones, timeframes, and costs (including, where applicable, free shipping above a minimum order amount for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) are shown during checkout. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international shipments may be subject to additional costs, timeframes, or customs procedures.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). To exercise it, contact us at [contact email].

Legal warranty
